Today marks the seventh of the 12 week training program I’ve started to try and improve my fitness prior to the Chicago Marathon later in the year. This week was very light week as I think I might have started to overtrain and my knee was getting sore after running. I decided to take it easy for a week (possibly two) to let it recover so that I don’t end up with an injury. With that not much to see this week and no changes from last week – my daily average took a pretty significant dive from over 10,000 to almost half at 5,436. Since there isn’t much to talk about this week this post will be short. Hopefully back into the swing of things for next weeks post!
