Another weekend and another beautiful training day for running around Central Park.
Started off around 12 noon riding a Citi Bike north along Central Park West making my way to the starting point where the NYRR Joe Kleinerman 10K starts on January 7th 2017.
Remember my goal is less than 50 minutes to do 10km, and slowly but surely I’m slowly decreasing the time. I think a few more training runs on this course and I should be able to hit the sub 50 minute time.
The course starts at the north eastern area of Central Park and heads anti-clockwise around the park, which means the most punishing part of the course is finished within the first mile.

I’m traveling to Jacksonville tomorrow for the week but will try and get in a run next Friday after getting back as after Jacksonville I’ll be then headed to a product advisor conference in Arizona.
